Michael DiMino is the President and CEO of Venturi Supply. He comes to the company with over 30 years of experience in the Distribution Industry as CEO of Tristar Industrial and previously as CEO of two public companies. Michael brings an extensive background in developing and expanding businesses organically and through strategic acquisitions, while improving processes and systems to increase customer satisfaction. His unparalleled ability to identify and capitalize on emerging market trends has resulted in a string of successful acquisitions, positioning him as a true innovator in distribution management.

Amy Bobbitt
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Amy Bobbitt is the Chief Financial Officer for Venturi Supply. She is an accomplished financial leader with a proven track record of driving growth and profitability. With experience in finance and accounting, Amy brings a wealth of expertise to the executive team at Venturi. Before assuming this pivotal role, she held various senior leadership positions in finance, progressively enhancing the financial health and strategic direction of the organizations she served. As the new CFO, Amy is poised to leverage her financial expertise to implement a forward-thinking financial strategy that ensures long-term success and sustained growth.

Scott Chamberlain
President – Industrial & Commercial Segment

Scott Chamberlain is the President of the Industrial & Commercial Segment for Venturi Supply. He comes to the company with over 20 years of experience in the distribution of pipe, valves and fittings as Vice President of Sales at Tri Star Industrial. Scott has proven himself to be a leader by establishing operational excellence through years of process enhancements and optimizations, all while managing a world-class sales effort. Scott’s exceptional communication skills have made him an indispensable asset. Along with a strategic approach to market expansion and customer relationship management, Scott has propelled his teams to achieve unprecedented revenue growth year after year.

Gary Bowers
President - Energy Infrastructure Segment

Gary Bowers is the President of the Energy Infrastructure Segment for Venturi Supply. He comes to the company with over 30 years of experience in the oil and gas supply industry as the President of Producers Supply Company (PSC). Gary provides extensive experience in upstream, midstream and downstream operations, which he has utilized to increase sales by 225 percent over his last three years at PSC. He brings a culmination of supplier relationships, a commitment to safety and the utmost prioritization for customer service. Gary's meticulous attention to detail and data-driven decision-making have guided his teams to optimize sales processes, enhancing efficiency and profitability, thus solidifying his reputation as a leader in the energy industry.

Blair Franklin
President – Fire Protection & Life Safety Segment

Blair Franklin is the President of the Fire Protection & Life Safety Segment for Venturi Supply. He comes to the company with over 20 years of experience in the distribution and fabrication of construction supplies as President & CEO of Ameripipe Supply. Under Blair’s tenure, Ameripipe expanded from one location in Texas to 15 locations across the southern half of the United States. Prior to joining Ameripipe in 2001, Blair’s multifaceted professional experience spanned venture capital, business consulting, marketing, advertising and public relations.

Maureen Thompson
Chief Human Resources Officer

Maureen is the Chief Human Resources Officer for Venturi Supply. She is a seasoned HR executive with a wealth of experience in leadership roles. With over 35 years dedicated to Human Resources, Maureen has served as the CHRO for Rural/Metro, overseeing a workforce of over 10,000 employees. Her extensive career includes HR leadership positions at Cole Vision, LESCO and the Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company, in addition to her tenure at Rural/Metro. Committed to fostering an environment that supports operational success, Maureen brings a human resource approach that adds value for shareholders, customers and associates alike. Her expertise spans all facets of HR management, providing leadership and strategic counsel to executive teams for over three decades.

Don Miller
Director – Sales & Marketing

Don Miller is the Director of Sales & Marketing in the energy and infrastructure segment at Venturi Supply. With 18 years of sales leadership experience, including over 15 years in the energy industry, Don has consistently demonstrated his ability to drive significant growth and achieve remarkable turnarounds in sales performance. Previously, he successfully led the sales efforts at Producers Supply, a Venturi Supply company, where his strategic initiatives and leadership skills resulted in substantial sales increases. Don's unique blend of analytical insight and tactical execution, combined with his adeptness at leveraging emotional intelligence, has consistently enhanced market delivery. His unwavering commitment to excellence and deep understanding of customer needs have led to exceeding sales targets and fostering strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
